This article describes how you can invite users to join Measurabl. There are four types of users: 

1. Portfolio Manager = Owns the group/portfolio
2. Portfolio Members = Same view as a Portfolio Manager, can collaborate on reports, add/edit sites, access utility sync data, and invite users. 
3. Subgroup Members = Access to all properties within a subgroup. At the subgroup portfolio level, they can view analytics, reports, and users - however, they don't have access to Utility Sync and can't invite site managers. To learn more about subgroups, refer here.
4. Site Managers = Only has access to the specific site(s) they were invited to, and can view and edit the site profile, utility data, projects & audits, and certifications & ratings of the sites to which they've been invited. They can not invite other users.

Inviting a Portfolio Member:

1. Navigate to the 'Users' tab on the left menu bar > Click the green '+' button in the Portfolio Members section.
2. Enter the email address(es) of the people you'd like to invite (If you'd like to invite multiple people at a time just separate email addresses by a ",") > Then click 'Send Invite'.
3. The invited user(s) will receive the invite in their email inbox (sometimes the invite emails can show up in the spam folder). Once they accept, and set up their account they will have access to that portfolio in Measurabl! 

Inviting a Subgroup Member:

1. Go to the subgroup by clicking on the 'Portfolio' tab on the left > Click in the subgroup.
2. Go to the 'Users' tab in the left menu > Click the green '+' in the Subgroup Member header
3. Enter the email address(es) of the people you'd like to invite (If you'd like to invite multiple people at a time just separate email addresses by a ",") > Then click 'Send Invite'.
   NOTE: The manager of a portfolio is automatically the manager of any subgroups created under that portfolio.

Inviting Site Managers:

1. Go to the 'Sites' tab in the left menu > Go to the property that needs a site manager. 
2. Click the 'Site Managers' tab on the left > Click the green '+'.
3. Enter the email address(es) of the people you'd like to invite (If you'd like to invite multiple people at a time just separate email addresses by a ",") > Then click 'Send Invite'.
4. The invited user(s) will receive the invite in their email inbox (sometimes the invite emails can show up in the spam folder). Once they accept, and set up their account they will have access to that property in Measurabl! 

FAQs

• How can I remove a user's access?
  • If you are a portfolio member, you can remove access for other users.
    • If you are wanting to remove a site manager, go to the 'Sites' tab in the left menu > Go to the property that needs editing > Click the 'Site Managers' tab on the left > Click the ellipsis to the right of the user you want to remove > Click 'Remove from Site'.
    • If you want to remove other portfolio members (or you can also remove site managers this way), go to the 'Users' tab on the left menu > Click the ellipsis to the right of the user you want to remove > Click 'Remove from Portfolio'.
  • If you are a site manager, you can not remove users with this access. If you need to adjust the access of another user, please reach out to a portfolio member of the portfolio to make the change or reach out to our support team.
    
    
• I am a site manager for multiple portfolios, can I have access to all of them in the same account (profile)?
  
  • Yes, you can have access to multiple portfolios in your account! To view your different portfolios/sites, go to the 'Portfolio' tab in the left menu > Select the portfolio you want to view.
• I haven't received my invite, what do I do?
  • Please be sure to check your spam folder for your invite if you do not see it in your main mailbox. If any invited users do not receive or cannot find their invitation emails, you can resend invitation emails as described in this article.
    
• I am not seeing all of my properties I manage, how do I get access to the other ones?
  • You can reach out to a Measurabl portfolio member on your team, or reach out to our support team and let them know which properties you need access to (name & address).
    
    
• What if I have a lot of users I want to invite?
