Add Site Managers Template

This article describes the function, instructions, and header definitions of the 'Add Site Managers Template' in Measurabl.

FUNCTION:

• To add 1 or more site managers to 1 or more properties in Measurabl. They can be new users, or you can add properties to an existing user's access.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. All headers that are green in the template are required fields to fill out. If it is blue, it is optional, and you can leave the cell blank. Note that some fields may be conditionally optional - meaning the field may be blue to start, but will turn green if it becomes required based on other information you add.
2. Make sure the building name matches exactly how it is in Measurabl.
3. Only input 1 line of data per row.
4. Please do not add additional columns, fields, or alter the template in any way.
5. Bulk uploads can not be reversed once they are processed by our team, so it is important to quality check the data before submitting it. 

Once you've completed the bulk upload, you can send it to support@measurabl.com for processing.

DEFINITIONS:

The column header values for these templates are defined as:

• Building ID (Admin) - Leave blank. Measurabl will fill this column out.
• Building Source (Admin) - Leave blank. Measurabl will fill this column out.
• Building Name - Required. Enter the name exactly as it appears in Measurabl. Enter the property to add the site manager to.
• Address1 - Optional. 
• Address2 - Optional. 
• City - Optional. 
• State/Province - Optional. 
• Address1 - Optional. 
• Postal Code - Optional. 
• Property Manager Name - Optional. 
• PM Email - Required. Enter the property manager's email address that they log in with (or will log in with).
• PM Phone Number - Optional.
