This article describes the read only access ’Reviewer’ role that can be assigned to users to limit activities to read only functionality.
How does a user become a 'Reviewer'?
Please reach out to the Support team or your Customer Success Manager to set up user(s) with the ‘Reviewer’ role.
Who can be assigned as a 'Reviewer'?
All user types, except for Portfolio Managers, are eligible to receive the ‘Reviewer’ role.
What does the Reviewer role do?
The Reviewer role can navigate through the Measurabl application, export reports and data, update their own preferences, but can not add data or make changes to existing data.
Can a Reviewer access Utility Sync?
How will a user know if they have been assigned as a Reviewer role?
If a user has been assigned the Reviewer role, there will be a blue badge at the top left of the application indicating “Read Only”, as shown below. Additionally, it is not possible to make any changes in the application once the Reviewer role has been added to a user.
Can the Reviewer role be removed from a user, so they can make changes?
Yes. If a user who has been assigned the Reviewer role should be given editing access, please reach out to your Measurabl Customer Success Manager and/or Account Manager to have their access updated.
