What is the CRREM Integration Feature?
The CRREM (Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor) integration with Diligence allows you to align your building’s energy and carbon intensity data with CRREM benchmarks, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of your property's sustainability performance.
In response to the growing need for real estate assets to meet stringent environmental regulations and sustainability goals, we have integrated CRREM benchmarks into our Diligence product. This integration helps you identify potential risks and opportunities associated with carbon emissions and energy use, ensuring your properties are on track to meet future regulatory standards and market expectations.
How It Works
When you input a building into our Diligence product and classify it by property type, we automatically map it to a corresponding CRREM property type. This mapping facilitates an accurate comparison of your building’s data against CRREM benchmarks. However, we understand that each property is unique, so you have the flexibility to change the mapped property type if you believe the default mapping does not accurately represent your building.
