To achieve your best possible GRESB benchmarks, make sure you model and report your buildings' fuel coverage as accurately as possible.
Measurabl's default coverage calculations are designed to report a majority of buildings' fuel coverage accurately using only the meters and spaces you’ve defined, but for buildings where fuels are only used on certain spaces, we offer an override to ensure we accurately report those buildings' coverages to GRESB.
The following graphic shows the default scenario (Building A) and the scenario in which our Fuel Max Coverage Override should be applied to get the most accurate coverage figures (Building B).
Change How a Building's Fuel Max Coverage Is Calculated
If your building only uses fuels on certain spaces, applying our Fuel Max Coverage Override to that building will result in more accurate coverage reporting in GRESB metrics.
To apply the override:
- Visit the GRESB Included Sites Data Summary page
- Find the building you want to override in the list
- Click the ellipsis menu on that building's row and select "Treat Fuel Covered Area as Max Coverage".
The override can be applied or unapplied in bulk by selecting the checkbox on multiple rows, then choosing the appropriate option from the Actions menu.
To see which buildings to which the override has been applied, click the Columns button above the Included Sites table and activate the Fuel Max Coverage Handling column.
