After completing the one-time setup process to link your ENERGY STAR account, sites, and meters with Measurabl, your full historical data from ENERGY STAR will be imported to Measurabl within 24 to 72 hours.
ENERGY STAR and Measurabl will automatically sync every 1-3 days, and any updates in either platform will sync into the other. As a portfolio member, you have access to hit a hard refresh with ENERGY STAR, if you don't want to wait for the automatic sync. Depending on how many updates are syncing, and how many sites are in your portfolio, it can take 15 minutes up to a few hours.
