Once you complete your property’s basic details, you are on your way to a completed site profile!

Site Profile Definitions:

  • Control Type & Percent (%) Owned: Whether you OWN or LEASE the property. If you OWN the property, then you will add the percentage of the site that you own. (Note that if you leave this blank, 100% ownership will be assumed).
  • Gross Leasable Area (GLA): the amount of floor space available to be rented to a commercial property; specifically, this is the total floor area designed for tenant occupancy and exclusive use.
  • Tenancy Information: Whether the property is single-tenant or multi-tenant.
  • Spaces: Leasable space broke out by each of the individual sections in your building (Offices, Medical Centers, Education, Indoor Parking, etc.). For more detailed information about Spaces, follow this guide.
