Tenant meters: Any existing meters with a “Serving” value of “Tenant Space, Paid by Landlord” or “Tenant Space, Paid by Tenant” were assigned to the largest leasable space on the site. The meters still note whether they are paid by the landlord or by the tenant.
Common area meters: Any existing meters with a “Serving” value of “Common Areas” were assigned to the largest common space on the site.
For example, if your site was 80,000 square foot of office and 20,000 square feet of retail, and it had one tenant-serving electric meter, we assigned that meter to the office space.
Whole site and exterior meters: The assignments for existing meters with “Serving” values of “Whole Site” and “Exterior Areas” remained unchanged.
On each site’s “Utilities” tab, you can see at a glance which of your meters are assigned to which spaces, and make corrections as needed.
