Like-for-like includes sites that have the same owner and a full 24 months of utility data for a GRESB reporting period. The list of like-for-like sites for a single entity may be different for energy, water, and waste depending on data availability.
GRESB uses like-for-like to assess changes in utility usage for an entity’s sites from the first year of the reporting period to the second year. Consistent ownership makes it more likely that changes in usage within sites between years were driven by changes in operating efficiency or site upgrades, not changes in personnel.
You can filter the table on the "Included Sites" tab within Measurabl's GRESB report portal to see which of your sites are included in like-for-like for energy, water, and waste.
