Yes, you are able to move a Utility Sync account and its associated meter(s) to a different property.
How to move a Utility Sync account to a different property:
- Enroll the provider and account at the desired property. Use this guide for step by step on how to enroll your Utility Sync accounts.
- An alert will pop up, asking you to confirm you'd like to 'move' the account to the new property. Select 'move'.
- After clicking 'move', the account and associated meters will be synced at the new property. Please allow 3-4 days for these meters to be visible at the new property.
- Note: A Utility Sync account cannot be enrolled under 2 properties in Measurabl. Whichever property the account is enrolled under, the data will populate only there.
