To achieve high data coverage, it's sometimes necessary to request historical data from your utility provider in order to cover data over a certain time period.
If you have Xcel Energy as your utility provider for these accounts, then you have two options in retrieving your historical data:
Option 1:
Ensure your Xcel account is enrolled in E-Billing (paperless billing) in the Xcel Energy web portal - This ensures that the full historical data from the account will be pulled over into Measurabl as well as the most recent bills from the 'top of the stack'.
Option 2:
If you do not want to enroll in E-Billing, then you can send us copies of the bills for your account(s) from the desired time-frame. If this is the case, then please send them in PDF format to our Support Team. Those bills must include the following:
- Account Number
- Start/End Dates of meter readings
- Usage
- Only ONE utility bill per PDF file
- Scan quality of at least 300 dpi
