The official survey will be available starting April 13th, 2021. This guide will review CDP’s Climate Change 2021 Reporting Guidance of the survey, including the CDP 2021 timeline, changes to the survey, and the addition of the Real Estate (RE) sector questions.

January 2021 - Preview of 2021 questionnaires and a preliminary version of reporting guidance released

April 12, 2021 - Online Response System (ORS) opens in the week commencing 13 April 2020

July 16th, 2021 - Measurabl deadline to complete the CDP survey

July 28th, 2021- Deadline for companies to submit their responses to investors and/or customers using ORS to be eligible for scoring and inclusion in reports

We recommend that individuals reporting still review these changes themselves prior to reporting. The full list of changes can be found here, this includes all of the sector questions. High-level Changes
Overall, the CDP 2021 Climate Change survey will see minor changes to questions such as, merging of last year's questions, changes to verbiage, addition of columns in tables, or modification to scoring methodology/guidance.
