Measurabl enables GRESB reporters to have full control over how they report sites containing multiple property types to GRESB - If you have spaces broken out at your sites, this feature provides more flexibility in reporting. In alignment with GRESB’s guidance around reporting primary property types (outlined below), users are able to report sites as a single asset representing the site’s primary property type OR as a custom type.
How to set your Primary Property Type:
- Navigate to Reports tab
- Select GRESB 2023
- Click on Data Summary
- Select Included Sites
- Click ellipses to the right of the site and select Reporting preference
- Repeat for all sites

FAQs
Q: How does this affect how I report my property types to GRESB?
A: This feature enhancement allows users to report Primary Asset Types, or not. By utilizing the feature, users have the option to report in alignment with how they might view their portfolio (based on GRESB guidance) and their peer group.
Q: If I change my GRESB Reporting Property Type, does that change the property type of my building throughout Measurabl?
A: No, changing your GRESB Reporting Property Type will not alter the property types and broken out spaces you see throughout Measurabl (i.e. Site Profile). This only impacts how your site(s) will get reported to GRESB.
Q: If I change my GRESB reporting property type, can I undo my changes?
A: Yes, you can reset your reporting property type by navigating to the in-app GRESB Module > Included Sites and update the reporting property type on a site-by-site basis.
Q: Can I customize my building to be more than one type?
A: No, at this time the feature only supports the ability to customize the building to one property type (i.e. Office or Mixed Use:Office/Retail). Property types can be configured at the space level to more accurately reflect space type.
