This article covers how to purchase a service from Measurabl using Service Portal. For basic information on what Service Portal is, please see this article.
- After selecting an ENERGY STAR certification or ordinance call to action (CTA), a dedicated page for that service will open in a new browser tab.
- Click on the "See Providers" link to see the qualifications of our service providers. Measurabl will choose the service provider for each job based on factors like availability and geography.
- Go back to the service page - you can select "Ask a Question" to reach out to the Measurabl team about the service.
- Select "Purchase" to head to the Order Summary Page. The "Pay by Credit Card" tab will appear by default, with the building’s address auto-populated.
- If you choose to pay by invoice, Measurabl will email your team shortly with an invoice to complete and return.
- Once you make a purchase, Measurabl will note that the service has been purchased.
NOTE: Purchased ordinances and ENERGY STAR certifications will have a status of "Purchased" until January 1 of the following calendar year. The status of purchased ENERGY STAR certifications will change to "Next Eligible Date: DATE" on January 1 of the following calendar year. - You can filter the relevant tables in the application to see the buildings where services have (and have not) been purchased.
