Climate Resilience Services (CRS) are available to Measurabl customers who have purchased Physical Climate Risk Exposure (PCRX), and want more information on their properties' specific risks and recommendations to mitigate those risks.
There are two different services available:
- Desktop Climate Resilience Report (DCRR)
- For the DCRR, Nova will prepare a report remotely using the most recent property condition assessment (PCA), and a short questionnaire completed by the customer.
- The report will list specific physical climate risks to the property, a rating of the financial impact of those risks (low medium, high), and mitigation recommendations.
- The DCRR is intended for use in high-level risk reporting
- Climate Resilience Report with Site Visit (CRRS)
- Nova will send a team of building professionals onsite to conduct a detailed evaluation.
- Nova will produce a comprehensive report listing all identified building system-level physical climate risks, their potential impacts & costs, mitigation recommendations, and estimated cost range for each recommendation.
- The CRRS is intended for use in designing and bidding physical climate risk mitigation projects.
Additional Information & FAQs
- How do I purchase CRS?
- Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and/or Account Manager to learn more.

- What is the difference between CRS and PCRX?
- PCRX provides 1-100 indicators of risk exposure across high-level categories, such as heat stress and flood risk, based on a property’s latitude-longitude coordinates. PCRX is a starting point for recognizing the types and levels of risks present for a property.
- CRS expand on those high-level indicators by determining the specific threats that those high-level risks pose to the property’s infrastructure (such as Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and building envelope) and its occupants.
- CRS also provide recommended actions that the property team can take to reduce the identified physical climate risks, as well as the estimated costs associated with both the physical climate risks and the mitigation recommendations.
- Do I need to purchase PCRX to purchase CRS?
- Yes. PCRX data is the starting point for identifying specific climate risks and mitigation measures at a property.
