ESG Real Estate Data is a Measurabl product line that enables organizations to integrate high-quality asset level ESG data within their systems, portals, and business applications to meet disclosure requirements, assess risk, and achieve climate goals and commitments.
ESG Real Estate Data is the most comprehensive asset level data set in the industry, sourced from Measurabl’s database of over 12B square feet in over 80 countries. With ESG Real EstateData, organizations can procure asset level data via an API with the option to bundle together different data sets based on the needs and application for the data.
NOTE: ESG Data is a “headless feature” meaning there is no user interface (UI). Users will obtain the data sets they purchase via an application programming interface (API).
ESG Real Estate Data contains three products:
-
Historical Lookback: one-time, bulk data dump of historical data for a defined group of properties.
-
Due Diligence: ongoing data stream available for an estimated number of properties that can be requested on an as-needed basis.
-
Portfolio Monitoring: a defined number of properties that are enrolled in a monitoring service where updates (e.g. new data) are pushed monthly.
The data sets that are available for each product are:
- Energy Estimates
- Carbon Estimates

In order to procure any of the data sets listed above, be sure to have the following data points on hand as they are required:
