Data Coverage
- What is the data coverage for energy and carbon estimates?
- Measurabl can estimate the energy consumption and carbon emissions for buildings globally for over 40 property types. To learn more about supported property types and property type mappings, please see this guide.

Whole Building Estimates Methodology
- What is the accuracy of the energy and carbon estimates machine learning model?
- The model achieves a test set R2 ~= 0.9 when all base features are available. This means that the model is able to capture more than 90% of the variance of the values it is attempting to predict. Thus, the energy estimates for buildings the model was not trained on should exhibit a high degree of accuracy.
GHG Methodology
- What methodology is used to calculate estimated carbon emissions?
- Greenhouse Gas Protocol
- Greenhouse Gas Protocol
- Are emissions factors location based or market based?
- Location Based
- Location Based
- Do whole building carbon estimates consist of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions?
- Yes, all emissions from the building are taken into account when calculating carbon estimates.

Building Location
-
Primary Property Type
-

- What is the main difference between the Historical Lookback & Due Diligence products?
- The time frame for which you can request the data...
- Historical Lookback is a request of historical data for a defined number of buildings, typically all at once.
- Due Diligence is a request for data for an estimated number of buildings, and those buildings are requested on an as-needed basis.
