    Hi Faith, if you are seeing a portfolio with no site(s) or data added, it is likely that you created your user account from scratch, rather than creating an account from being invited to an existing portfolio/site.

    If you are looking for a site that is supposed/expected to have data, you will need to be invited to that existing portfolio/site. Majority of the time, we find that users who are looking for their site/adds their site from scratch already has an existing one with data. To be added to the correct portfolio/site you will want to reach out to the portfolio member or manager of that portfolio, and they will be able to give you access. If you only need access to specific sites, you will want to confirm the site name & address. If you are unsure who any of the portfolio members are, you can reach out to our Support team with the information above, and we will help from there.

    In addition, it may be possible that you have created your own portfolio with no data during your user account creation and also have access to the correct portfolio/site, but you are navigating in the wrong area. To check to see if you already have access to the correct portfolio/site, you will want to click on the 'Portfolio' tab on the left menu, and from there you will see if there are other portfolios you have access to. If you find the right one, we recommend deleting the incorrect portfolio you created to avoid future confusion.
