    Hi Mo, yes! If you are using the same generic email address that already has access to the property in Measurabl, you will simply want to exchange information with the previous owner of the account to gain access. If this is not possible, you will want to reset the password for the account email.

    If the email address is different/new, you will want to reach out to the Measurabl portfolio member or manager of the portfolio, and they will be able to give you access. If you are unsure who any of the portfolio members are, you can reach out to our Support team with the site name & address, and we will help from there. Here's some helpful articles regarding user management!
