Does Measurabl source energy data from ESPM? Also, is the data in the meters exactly how it appears on utility bills?

  This depends on how the site was created and how the data is entered afterwards.
  If the property is created in EnergyStar, and then shared into Measurabl, this means that the integration will work both ways and data added to the property in either platform will sync into the other automatically every 1-3 days (both site & utility data, although some exceptions). To tell if a property is an EnergyStar property, you can add the 'Source' column in the 'Sites' table, and the blue star indicates that the origin of the property is from EnergyStar.

  In addition, as to where utility data comes from, this depends on how the data is entered, it can be added via EnergyStar or it can be added via Measurabl (either manual or Utility Sync). So the validity of the data is dependent on the method of entry.
