Why does my Reporting Property Type look different than the property type I entered into ESPM or assigned to the site on Measurabl?

  The property type you see in the Included Sites table uses only GRESB property types. Measurabl has a mapping for every property type to match it to an approved GRESB type. You can always modify the property types directly in the Included Sites table using the ellipsis button on the right-hand side of the table. Reporting Property Types accurately matters because it allows GRESB to benchmark you against similar property types.
