What is Intensity and how is it calculated?

Intensity is a metric for measuring energy and water efficiency by dividing consumption by the square footage of spaces with data coverage. Measurabl shows you your intensities in a table in the GRESB module which is based on absolute consumption and meter-space-assignments. These tables are for your reference but are not pushed to GRESB since GRESB calculates intensity in their platform.
