Here are directions for how to update your login credentials for utility accounts.
- Select ‘Data’ -> ’Failed Logins. If there are Failed Logins you will see a list by Utility Company
- Select “Fix This”
- If all the account numbers listed have the same username and password, click on the blue box “Add Login”.
- If different account numbers have different usernames and passwords, select the account number you wish to fix, which will bring you to the ‘Meter Page’
- Once on the ‘Meter Page’, select the pencil, to the right of the utility account number to ‘Edit Utility Account’
- Select the last tab on the popup ‘Utility Login’ and update the username and/or password as needed
- If the utility has security questions, please click on ‘Add a New Question’ and copy and paste the security questions and your responses into the Question and Answer boxes
- Click Save Login
If the credentials are accurate, Comply will immediately queue the account for new data. This may take a few minutes.
