After identifying savings opportunities, you can dive deeper on specific outlying properties by clicking on them in the scatterplot. The upper right quadrant will be of most interest because it highlights the worst buildings based on efficiency and expense.
This brings you to the Building Summary page where you can choose to select a monthly or annual view, and select various tabs. For now, we’ll work from the Summary View, and select Annual.
From the Summary View, each utility type is shown, including CO2 emissions and a summary of total cost for each utility.
All utility cards compare to a benchmark based on similar building, heat, and field types in the same climate zone. When the card shows a building’s usage is inefficient, that means it’s a good candidate for savings projects.
The other tabs on the Building Summary page include the following:
- View Data: Shows historical trend data for each meter in the building
- Premium: Provides access to ComplyPremium reports if your account has
- subscribed to them
- Apartments: Tracks individual tenant usage, if available for your account
- Utility Accounts: Shows the coverage and status of each utility account
- Building Upgrades: Provides information on the upgrades made to your buildings
- Share: Enables you to share the building with another user
