Automation

We can automatically push all the survey data you’ve entered into the app, including asset-level data, straight to GRESB via their API.

Not just that: we map your GRESB response for the previous year into our app’s GRESB portal for you, even if you didn’t report with us last year.

We calculate ALL performance indicators (PIs). If you’re using Utility Sync, we’re pushing the data for your Utility Sync accounts automatically (once you set up all your accounts and fix all issues). Regardless, we’re automatically calculating PIs based on the data entered in the app.

We automatically pull in any ENERGY STAR, LEED, or BREEAM certifications your buildings have earned.

Measurabl counts as a Data Management System (DMS), earning you points under Monitoring & Environmental Management Systems.

Expert Tips

We provide sample responses to qualitative questions as well as a GRESB-branded cover sheet that helps you point GRESB to the key portions of your documentation for each indicator. This is an underrated but proven tool to help boost the number of points you receive.

In-App Response Check

Our in-app response check instantly lets you know of any missing responses, site data, or broken hyperlinks throughout your GRESB survey response. It also links you to the exact pages where you need to go to fill those data gaps.

Data Quality

You can use our data quality alerts to see swings in utility usage/cost that are worth double checking. You can also use our Data Quality Report to take a close look at all of your site data and monthly utility data to make sure everything looks accurate. Review the Portfolio Trends tab to take a high-level look at performance metrics across sites and see which may be missing data.

Performance Indicators

Measurabl calculates all Performance Indicators for customers. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure data per site is entered correctly so these come out correctly. We can do this at an asset-level or portfolio-level depending on customer preference. If asset-level, we have an exportable excel file that can be uploaded directly into GRESB portal.

Best practices: Review meter allocation, check that data is syncing for all properties under operational control for all data types, review Included Sites to make sure the right data will feed into absolute and like-for-like calculations.
