The Utility Sync Dashboard is a tool to simplify navigation and improve visibility of Utility Sync account statuses. From here you can identify which properties don't have accounts set up yet, which ones have issues, which accounts are pending data, and accounts where no action is needed (synced/deactivated). You can also enroll new accounts from here! See below for navigating the Dashboard.
How to navigate the Utility Sync Dashboard:
- From the Measurabl landing page, click on the 'Utility Sync' tab on the left menu.
- Once in Utility Sync, you will see your accounts broken out in terms of account status:
- No Accounts: No Utility Sync accounts have been added at this property.
- Account Issues: There is at least 1 unresolved Utility Sync issue on one of your accounts at this property which is preventing us from syncing your data.
- Pending Accounts: This status means that a new online account has just been enrolled, and we are working on pulling in the initial data - or - if you recently resolved an issue, and are awaiting new data delivery. No action is needed on your end.
- Synced Accounts: There are no issues present, and your data is syncing properly into Measurabl.
- Deactivated Accounts: These are accounts that were once active, but were deactivated, so they are no longer pulling in/expecting new data.
- From here, you can also enroll any Utility Sync accounts. Type the desired property in the search bar > Click the green '+' to add an account. Or you can just select 'Add Utility Accounts' button.
- Fill out the required information > Submit.
- After you enroll the account it may take up to 3 weeks for the first delivery of data to Measurabl. For this initial pull, we guarantee pulling in 2 years worth of historical data, given it is available in the portal (only applies to accounts linked to the utility provider).
