Navigate brings Data Manager and the Maia assistant together behind one side navigation, with a portfolio switcher at the top of the page. This article shows you where things are and how to move between portfolios.

The side navigation
The side navigation runs down the left of every page and is grouped by product.

A few things to know:
- Greyed-out pages stay in the list but don't open. Your role doesn't include them. See Why can't I see a feature?
- Insights and Decarb sections appear if your organization uses those products. See Decarb: what's new for recent Decarb changes.
- Coming soon pages are on the way and aren't available yet.
- Meters no longer have their own row in the side navigation. To see a building's meters, open the building from Buildings and use its Meters tab. To see every meter in the portfolio, open any meter and select Meters in the breadcrumb at the top of the page.
Switch portfolio or group
Everything you see in Navigate is for the portfolio or group you've selected at the top of the page.
1. Select the portfolio name at the top of the page.
2. Choose the Portfolios or Groups tab.
3. Type in the search box to filter the list.
4. Select the portfolio or group you want.

Open Maia
If Maia is turned on for your account, select Ask Maia at the right end of the top bar, or just above your name at the bottom of the side navigation. When the side navigation is collapsed, select the Maia tile above your profile icon. Maia opens in a panel. See Meet Maia, your AI assistant.

Common questions
Where did a page I used to use go? Pages are now grouped under the product they belong to. Data collection pages, for example, are under Data Manager > Data Collection, and data quality pages are under Data Manager > Data Health.
Why is a page greyed out? Your role in this portfolio doesn't include it. See Who can use what, or ask your Portfolio Manager.
Can I hide the side navigation? Yes. Select Hide navigation to collapse it to a row of icons. Hover over an icon, or tap it on a touch screen, to open that section. Your browser remembers your choice.
Can I still use Core? Yes. Select the grid icon next to Navigate at the top left of the side navigation. This is the product menu. Then select Core.
Where do I change my units or currency? Select your name at the bottom of the side navigation to open the account menu, then select Preferences. You can set currency, energy, water and waste units, measurement system and number format.

How do I send feedback or report a problem? Select your name at the bottom left of the side navigation, then Send Feedback. Choose Problem, Idea or General, describe it, and select Send feedback. The page you're on, your name and account, and your browser details are attached automatically, and your note goes to the Measurabl product team, who may follow up with you.
